TARGET GROUPS
Athletes belonging to the children and youth category (children/adolescents, juniors, young adults).
THE PROGRAM IS BASED ON BIOLOGICAL CONTROL OF BODY CONDITION AT THE PERIOD OF MATURATION. OPTIMIZED AGE-RELATED MATURATION OF YOUNG ATHLETES FROM THE MOMENT OF CHOICE OF SPORTS TO SKILL IMPROVEMENT STAGE IS PROPOSED.
Objective
Provide optimal conditions to improve sports performance with age-related biological maturation and sequential passage to other age categories (children, adolescents, juniors, young adults).
Aims
- Optimal choice of sports specialization based on individual genetic parameters (early sports career guidance).
- Individual forecast and growth process management.
- Maintaining an optimal level of functioning of the key body systems (CVS, CNS, liver etc.), defining the physical performance and mental and emotional resistance during growth.
- Assessment of the current biological age and forecast of growth.
Timelines
- A single consultation (development of conclusion and definition of the true biological age, including recommendations for that stage): 2 weeks.
- The basic variant of support: one or several cycles (2 weeks each) within one year depending on the stage of maturation.
TECHNOLOGY
- The study of individual genetic parameters to facilitate the optimal choice of the preferred type of sports.
- Control of informative hormonal and morphological (bone marrow) values and determination of the true biological age relative to the numerical age.
- Based on true biological age a specific forecast of the body growth rate is built:
< 8-12 cm (score 6-7)
< 4-6 cm (score 7-9)
< 2-4 cm (score 9-10)
< 1-1.5 cm (score 11)
- Development of conclusion on the growth process forecast.
- Load distribution program adjustment within the period of program implementation according to the current maturation stage.
- Detection, early correction, and prevention of potential disorders, deviations from the optimal values of growth parameters.
METHODS OF CONTROL
- Detection of individual genetic values, determining physical qualities.
- Routine blood hematology and biochemistry for follow-up of blood and urine hormone and metabolism parameters (testosterone, cortisol and somatotropin ratios, magnesium, calcium, blood cell differential).
- Morphology follow-up:
-body composition (muscle / fat / bound water);
-arch of foot examination;
-radiological study of growth areas of tubular bones.
- Functional diagnostic and examination of the cardiovascular system.
MODEL PLAN AND SEQUENCE OF STEPS
- Identification of specific tasks to be solved with this program (choice of the type of sports, growth forecast, predicted time of maturation etc.). Express or scheduled variants.
- Genetic test and conclusion on the optimal individual choice of sports.
- Current blood hematology and biochemistry and urinalysis and conclusion on the true biological age.
- Development of the calendar plan of events to solve the above problems.
- Recommendations for successful completion of the program:
- Specialized diet
- Mode of load
- Programs for recovery:
