Our company’s coaching staff adheres to a differential approach to athletes utilising all of practical materials and experiences accumulated throughout the years. This applies to the analysis, recommended training programs, and the actual technique of performing weightlifting exercises, as well as recommendations for correction of mistakes …
Training principles, the selection of exercises, their regimen, and training itself – all of this generally contributes to the development of the correct groups of muscles and all the necessary qualities and ultimately allows you to achieve your training goals.
