OBJECTIVE:
- Provide information on current methods of workout performance control, with periodic follow up of the current body condition.
- Shape insight on practical implementation of such control (list of available methods, informative value, and visualization, time and periodicity of follow-up, conclusions and recommendations on correction of training loads and rehabilitation).
