Program objective:
Increasing the resistance of athletes’ bodies to the negative effects of various types of stress associated with extreme conditions under which the training and competitive activities of athletes are carried out.
Goals that are solved through the use of this program:
- Faster adjustment of the body to a rapid change in climate-zone conditions (temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure) as a result of moving over long distances (including during training in mountain conditions);
- Normalisation of the psycho-emotional state of athletes at the stage leading up to the competition;
- Support of the immune system and prevention of illnesses in athletes during pre-competition tapering stage.
